How to Pay
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Maestro and Celebrate gift cards both online and in store. Minimum order value must be £2 to pay by card instore. We also accept cash in store. 

Click & Collect
FREE collection is available in both stores. You can order by phone or online. 

Delivery
Standard delivery is within 2-7 working days. Some instances may be longer due to stock levels,or events outside of our control. If we cannot deliver within our normal delivery times we will contact you to let you know or provide a refund for the item(s) not available for delivery. 

Local Delivery 
We offer local delivery in the IG1, IG2, IG3, IG4, IG5, IG6, IG7, IG8, IG9, IG10, RM1, RM2, RM3 RM4, RM5, RM6, RM7, RM8, RM9, RM10, E4, E10, E11, E12, E17, E18,  CM5, CM6, CM16 postcodes. We also deliver to ME13 and surrounding area by request. Delivery is from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday by request.

Returns and refunds
We can accept returns for unwanted items if they are returned back to us:
with the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories and packaged securely. If returning an item because you have changed your mind, there may be a deduction if the item has been damaged, Items opened more than necessary or used more than reasonably expected cannot be accepted.

 

Changed your mind
We offer easy and hassle free returns. We offer a full refund on most items. 

You have 30 days to return the items. Excluded items are gift cards, partly used items unless faulty, perishable items, unsealed items due to health and safety (e.g. earrings), unwanted worn products. Items have to be in a saleable condition if not faulty.

Faulty or damaged products

Firstly, please accept our apologies you have received faulty items. Please email customerservices@celebrateshop.co.uk or call +44(0) 208 500 4209 advising us of the faulty item, your order number, along with a picture of the fault. This helps to speed up the process of us handling and processing your faultly items.

Returning an item
We work really hard to provide you with great products so you won't need to return them, however if you ever need to please note our returns policy below.

Purchased in store

You will need to bring proof of purchase for the item you are looking to return with the item for a refund. You have 30 days to return. Items brought in multibuy deals may result in you receiving less or having to pay some difference.

Purchased online

If for any reason you do need to return an item from a web order, Please email customerservices@celebrateshop.co.uk advising us with your transaction number, the item you would like to return and why. We usually respond within 5 working days.

Return Costs

We are happy to return items if they are no longer suitable instore for free. Items returned by post are at your cost to return to us as unfortunately we are too small a business to cover the cost of returns.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
