How to Pay
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Maestro and Celebrate gift cards both online and in store. We accept paypal online. We accept cash and Visa Electron in store. If for any reason we cannot deliver an item we will contact you to make you aware of the expected delivery.

Click & Collect
FREE collection is available exclusively from Hallmark, Chigwell. Order by 2pm (Sunday to Friday), collect in store after 3pm the next day. Exclusions apply. Timings and availability of service subject to change.
Standard delivery is within 2-7 working days. Some instances may be longer due to stock levels,or events outside of our control. If we cannot deliver within our normal delivery times we will contact you to let you know or provide a refund for the item(s) not available for delivery.
Standard delivery is £3.95. Express and next day delivery is available. You will need to email email@example.com to arrange.
Returns and refunds
We can accept returns for unwanted items if they are returned back to us:
with the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories and packaged securely. If returning an item because you have changed your mind, there may be a deduction if the item has been damaged, Items opened more than necessary or used more than reasonably expected cannot be accepted.
Changed your mind
We offer easy and hassle free returns. We offer a full refund on most items.
You have 30 days to return the items. To help us during the busy Christmas period we will be stopping all returns from 20th November until 24th December 2015. Customers will be able to return unwanted gifts from 27th December up until 31st January 2016 with our Christmas returns policy.
Excluded items are gift cards, partly used items unless faulty, perishable items, unsealed items due to health and safety (e.g. earrings), unwanted worn products. Items have to be in a saleable condition if not faulty.
Faulty or damaged products
Firstly, please accept our apologies you have received faulty items. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44(0) 208 500 4209 advising us of the faulty item, your order number, along with a picture of the fault. This helps to speed up the process of us handling and processing your faultly items.
Returning an item
We work really hard to provide you with great products so you won't need to return them, however if you ever need to please note our returns policy below.
Purchased in store
You will need to bring proof of purchase for the item you are looking to return with the item for a refund. Items brought in multibuy deals may result in you receiving less or having to pay some difference.
If for any reason you do need to return an item from a web order, Please email email@example.com advising us with your transaction number, the item you would like to return and why.
We are sorry, but web orders cannot be currently handled in store.
We are happy to cover the cost of the full delivery charge if you are returning all your items. We will refund a partial amount if you are refunding some items. We will refund your money in the same way you paid for your product(s).
